Wilson joined GIC Re SA Limited in the beginning of February 2017 in the position of Company Secretary and Public officer. He assists Board of Directors, and all the Board Committees. In addition to Company Secretarial duties, he is also the Administration Manager of the company.

Prior to joining GIC Re SA Ltd, Wilson has had engagements in the Retail, Agricultural, Advertising, ICT, and Imports and Exports Sectors of the economy, and has also worked in financial Accounting roles.

Wilson is a qualified Chartered Company Secretary and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Southern Africa.
