Fundiswa (Fundi) Roji is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with professional experience in finance, audit, private equity, black economic empowerment, investment management, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. She currently serves as an executive director of Dlondlobala Capital. Over the last twenty years, she has sat on the boards of directors across various industries. She has served boards in various capacities including chairing Audit and Risk Committees, Social and Ethics Committees and participating in Remuneration Committees. She currently also serves as a non-executive director of Motus Holdings, Life Green Group and GIC Re SA Ltd.
