Sanjay was appointed to the Board in 2014 as the South African resident Independent Non-Executive Director. He has extensive experience in the private equity field from initiation of transactions, negotiation and to completion (well over 20 years). He is also an experienced Non-Executive Director, having served in this role (and that of Chairman) on several boards with a diverse exposure to industry. Committee representations have included Audit, Social & Ethics, Remuneration, Transformation, Investment & Strategy Committees. Sanjay is a qualified CA (SA).
